Minutes of the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis, held on
April 30, 2022 (Saturday) at 9:00 in the morning at the Barangay Hall of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis,
Guagua, Pampanga.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Gerardo C. Garcia, Punong
Barangay at 9:00 in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding officer asked the Brgy. Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a
quorum was declared to be presents.

C. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous
Session. On motion of Kag. Francis C. Ocampo, duly seconded by the bodies, the
minutes of the previous session was approved as read.

D. PROCEEDINGS:

» PB Garcia, said that last April 23, 2022 is the 1 st semester of Barangay Assembly
Day.
» Kag. Tony Cudug – reported that last holyweek the barangay tanod assist in the
church. And they are also assisting in ALFAMART.
» Kag. Jerramin Gaza – reported the Income and Expenditures and Financial Status
of Barangay for the month of April.
» Kag. Ryan Dizon - said that he attended recognization day of DAY CARE
Students in barangay . he also said that they already deliver the disinfection
machine and alcholo to betis high school. The principal of betis elementary is
requesting addition bubl lights for the incoming election day.
» PB Garcia said that there will be a webinar on BNAP and the Barangay Tanod
will have a webinar on May 06, 2022 for the preparation of election day.

E. Adjournment:
There being no other matter to be discussed, the Punong Barangay
adjourned the Session at Exactly 11:00 o’clock.
