A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT

(GAD) PLAN FOR CY 2022 OF BARANGAY SAN NICOLAS 2ND BETIS, GUAGUA,
PAMPANGA
WHEREAS, the Local Chief Executive presented and submitted the CY 2022 Gender and
Development (GAD) Plan and Budget for review and concurrence by this august body;
. WHEREAS, the budget for this GAD Plan is included in the approved Annual Budget for
CY 2022, under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2 Series of 2021.
WHEREAS, included in the said GAD Plan and Budget were lined activities that will
promote gender sensitivity, gender equality, and rights of women and children under RA 9262,
EO 273, RA 9710 and other GAD Laws;
WHEREAS, this body, after careful review and deliberations, found the contents of this
GAD Plan and Budget IN ORDER, thereby interposing No Objection for its implementation;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay to approve and
concur, the following projects and activities incorporated under the Gender and Development
(GAD) Plan and Budget for CY 2022.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (BCPC) ACTION PLAN FOR CY 2022 OF BARANGAY
SAN NICOLAS 2ND BETIS, GUAGUA, PAMPANGA
WHEREAS, Article 87 of Presidential Decree 603 (Children and Youth Welfare Code)
states that “every Barangay Council shall encourage the organization of the Local Council for the
Protection of Children (LCPC) and shall coordinate with the Council for the Welfare of Children
(CWC) in drawing and implementing plans for the promotion of child and youth welfare;
WHEREAS, it helps to protect and assist the children in need of special protection, and
refer cases filed against child abuser to proper government agencies and monitor situational
reports on children, prepare quarterly updates and perform such other functions and other child
related laws especially in matters of child and parent education, health, entertainment, etc.;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay to approve the
Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) action plan for CY 2022

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1% BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL

AMOUNTING TO FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE AND
EIGHT TENTHS (₱ 59,395.80)
WHEREAS, Local Sanggunians shall appropriate substantial funds from their annual
budgets to be utilized in assisting or enhancing the enforcement of RA 9165, giving priority to
educational programs on drug abuse prevention and control and rehabilitation and treatment of
drug dependents, such amount to be determined by the Sanngunian concerned based on the
perceived need of the locality.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay to approve the
Barangay Anti- Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) action plan for CY 2022
I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution No. 17 Series of 2021 which approve the 1%
