“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BCPO IMPLAN NO. 03-2022 FOR THE REVITALIZED
PNP KASIMBAYANAN (KAPULISAN, SIMBAHAN AT PAMAYANAN) IN PADRE ZAMORA
BARANGAY FOR ITS IMPLEMMENTATION”

Whereas, the rationale of this BCPO IMPLAN No. 03-2022 is to sets forth the guidelines
and procedures to be undertaken by Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) in the
implementation of the “Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan (Kapulisan, Simbahanat
Pamayanan)”, a community mobilization program highlighting the synergized and
collaborate partnership of the PNP and the community it serves and protect;

Whereas, the PCPO concurrent with its mission and functions, with the support of the
religious sector strengthen its partnership with the general public and bring awareness to
the various communities, that PNP personnel and the people they serve have a vital role in
contributing peace, order, progress and even holistic transformation of the society. Further,
the full support of all unit commanders too this program is necessary so that
transformation is ensured within the PNP organization and in the community, they serve
and protect;

Whereas, its execution of the general and specific guidelines and functions/responsibilities
of the concern refer to the BCPO IMPLAN No.03-2022 for the Subject: “Revitalized PNP
Kasimbayanan (Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan)”, for further information.

Now Therefore; on the motion of Hon. Noel D. Cuison, and seconded by the body. Be it;

Be approved as hereby approve the resolution adopting the BCPO IMPLAN NO. 03-2022
for the REVITALIZED PNP KASIMBAYANAN (KAPULISAN, SIMBAHAN AT PAMAYANAN) in
Padre Zamora Barangay for its implementation
Further, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the different Office and other
government departments for their information
