RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC

SAFETY PLAN (BPOPSP) 2020 – 2022 OF BARANGAY LIPAY-DINGIN-
PANIBUATAN, MUNICIPALITY OF IBA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES

WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order Council (BPOC) was duly reorganized pursuant to
Republic Act 7160, also known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and Executive Order
No. 773, S. 2009;

WHEREAS, DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2011 – 024, which further strengthens the
POCs/BPOCs in tackling peace and order and public safety concerns, Republic Act No. 6975,
which mandates the development and establishment of an Integrated Area/Community Public
Safety Plan (IA/CPSP) embracing priorities of action and program thrusts for implementation by
the local PNP stations and Memorandum Circular No. 2015 – 128, which provides the guidelines
on the formulation of the POPS Plan, ensures the preparation of the 3-year Peace and Order and
Public Safety Plan of the LGUs;

WHEREAS, the BPOC prioritized peace and order and public safety issues which shall be
considered in the POPSP formulation;

WHEREAS, the members of the BPOC and other stakeholders submitted their respective POPS
Plans and proposals for consideration in the final plan of the barangay;
WHEREAS, the BPOC finalized its POPS Plan after thorough deliberation;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. VICTOR S. BUENAVENTURA, duly seconded by Hon.

Jaime A. Cayabyab:

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the Barangay Peace and Order and
Public Safety Plan (BPOPSP) 2020 – 2022 of Barangay Lipay-Dingin-Panibuatan, Municipality
of Iba, Province of Zambales.

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC

SAFETY PLAN (BPOPSP) 2020 – 2022 OF BARANGAY LIPAY-DINGIN-
PANIBUATAN, MUNICIPALITY OF IBA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES

WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order Council (BPOC) prioritized peace and order and
public safety issues which were considered in the Barangay POPSP formulation;

WHEREAS, the members of the BPOC, after thorough deliberation, finalized and submitted the
Barangay Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan for 2020-2022 of the barangay for adoption by
the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. VICTOR S. BUENAVENTURA, duly seconded by HON.

JAIME CAYABYAB:

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to adopt the Barangay Peace and Order and
Public Safety Plan (BPOPSP) 2020 – 2022 of Barangay Lipay-Dingin-Panibuatan, Municipality
of Iba, Province of Zambales.
