“A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PROPOSED SUB-PROJECT CASH FOR WORK ON

VEGETATION CLEARING OF ROAD SHOULDERS AND COMMUNITY GARDENING TO BE
FUNDED UNDER DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP ADDITIONAL FINANCING DROP/M
IMPLEMENTATION”

WHEREAS, Barangay Alimbuyog, Milaor, Camarines Sur is one of the beneficiaries for DSWD
KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP Additional Financing;

WHEREAS, the members of the BDRRMC recognize that the implementation of KALAHI-
CIDSS: NCDDP Additional Financing using Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis
(RDANA) will immediately respond on the losses caused by COVID-19 pandemic and expand
access of mostly affected and vulnerable sectors to basic social services;

WHEREAS, during the assessment, the BDRRMC identified the most needed interventions that
can provide disaster response aid measure to curtail and eliminate the threat of the disease;

WHEREAS, the final intervention to be endorse for funding is the sub-project “CASH FOR
WORK ON VEGETATION CLEARING OF ROAD SHOULDERS AND COMMUNITY
GARDENING”;

WHEREAS, the total Grant Allocation from DSWD is Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Four
Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos (Php 480,448.00) KC NCDDP - AF grant and One Hundred
Twenty Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php 120,112.00) equally shared by LGU
and BLGU Local Counterpart Contribution (LCC) with a total project cost of Six Hundred
Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 600,560.00);

WHEREAS, the BDRRMC deliberately assesses the proposed sub-project based on the result
of RDANA for COVID-19 and with no doubt to endorse for funding to DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS:
NCDDP Additional Financing DROP/M Implementation,

WHEREAS, the BDRRMC body approve and endorse the sub-project “CASH FOR WORK ON
VEGETATION CLEARING OF ROAD SHOULDERS AND COMMUNITY GARDENING” in
response to COVID-19 pandemic;

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Council (BDRRMC) approved and endorsed for funding the proposed sub-project
CASH FOR WORK ON VEGETATION CLEARING OF ROAD SHOULDERS AND
COMMUNITY GARDENING with a Total Sub-Project Cost of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (PHP 600,560.00);
