“RESOUTION ACCEPTING A COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT AND TO MODIFY THE

REGULAR IMPLEMNETATION USING KC KKB DROP.”

WHEREAS,the KALAHI CIDSS KKB in its full deployment in the Municipality of

BULA,conducted Social Preparation for Disaster response Operation procedure.

WHEREAS, On March 13,2020 PRRD issued the activation of Code Red Level 2,
the highest level of National response management and adopted the Inter-Agency Task
Force on the Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) resolution effective March
15,2020.

WHEREAS, in response to the proclamation in providing basic services as

accelerated procedure and assistance to the community the BDRRMC decided to
commit and support the shifting of the implementation from KALAHI CIDSS KKB
standard Community Empowerment Activity Cycle (CEAC) to KALAHI CIDSS KKB
Disaster Response Operation Procedure/Manual to efficiently mobilize all necessary
support needed by the program and the mobilization and monitoring of necessary
measures to ensure proper implementation is in accordance to IATF-EID.
 WHEREAS, after through discussion and evaluation, the BDRRMC and other
key disaster response instrumentalities will be needing augmentation during this
situation since the resources are limited especially if the situation will develop into a
full- blown crisis. Thus, is a need to activate all support system to curtail the effect of
this pandemic effectively and efficiently.

WHEREFORE, on motion of HILARION P.ABONITA and duly seconded by

the majority, be it:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED A COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT

AND MODIFY THE REGULAR IMPLEMENTATION USING KALAHI CIDSS
KKBDISASTER RESPONSE OPERATION PROCEDURE/MANUAL (DROP/M) as
mechanism for effectively response in this current situation in partnership to the
KALAHI CIDSS KKB DROP/M and its capacity to work on the people in the vulnerable
community, is taking its experience to use the program to complement with all other
efforts of different government agencies. The DROP is a temporary procedure that will
be adopted to facilitate the implementation of the CDD COVID-19 disaster response.

RESOLVED FURTHER, furnish copies hereof all concerned committee for their
information and appropriate action.
