II. Call to Order There being a quorum, the Presiding Officer called the meeting
to order at exactly 10:00A.M.
III. Reading and The Presiding Officer, PB Pugong presented the minutes of the previous meeting. Kag. Perez moved for the approval

What are the strength of the barangay? (Is our barangay peaceful? Are we united? Friendly and
cooperative neighbor? Good governance? Clean environment? Fresh air? Beautiful scenery? Rich in
natural resources? Far to market road? Presence of Educational Institution? Adequate facilities?

Weakness of the Barangay? (No available spacious land for Barangay Hall and Day Care Center)
Improper waste segregation? Lack of work opportunities? Difficulty in transportation? Seasonal
job? Lack of facilities? Sk kagawads are active?
Opportunities? Participation of Women’s Organization? Availability of Megaphone?
Threats? Outbreak of diseases. Dengue, pandemic, earthquake, stray dogs, unemployment, some
not following health protocols.
 Submission of BADAC 2020 on August.

foodpacks.
-Action Plan submitted to CSWD (BPRAT, Senior Citizen, Women’s, BCPC, Solo
Parent and BDRRM Action Plan).
-Distribution of hygiene kit to PWD’s from PDAO.
WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

April 20-Assisted CEPMO for inventory list of those who are using Deep Well.
April 28-Assisted BNS to pick up Iodized Salt going to barangay hall.

-April 21 @2:45pm assisted contact tracer at Purok 1 at Garduque and Bongotan
Residence.
-April 29 with Tanod Lloyd we attend Webinar regarding BHERTs.
YOUTH AND SPORTS COMMITTEE

-April 29 went to DOLE to ask regarding to TUPAD salary.
-Sunday Online Meeting @ Station 2 and elected as KKK Officer. (Agenda: Elect
officer, about uniform and possible programs.)
VI. Other Matters 1. BNAO/BNS Noemi Garcia
-Start to round with Kagawad Luy regarding UAP on Wednesday May 5 at
Purok 1.
2. BHW/ Rosilyn Cachero
-Monitoring of Covid patient care of Committee on health or any Kagawad
who can assist to monitor them. (Simply texting them on how they feel and
how are they?)
-For contact tracing care of BHW Rosilyn Cachero to assist Contact Tracer.
3. Nena Milanes Treasurer
-May 6-7 4 Representative for BDRRM Planning at Lower Rock Quarry.
-Another requirement for Senior Citizen.
