PROFILE
The Mariveles Multi-Purpose Terminal (MMT), located at the heart of Mariveles, Bataan.
Situated inside the Authority Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB). It is the first multi-purpose terminal
inside the Freeport zone that can handle up to 3,000,000 MT per annum of Dry Bulk Cargo
(Phase 1). The port can handle from Barges to Supermax Vessels with the capacity of 3,000 –
60,000 deadweight tonnes, with a draft of -14 Meters MLLW and a wharf type berth of
247meters. Under the partnership of Seasia Logistics Ports Inc. and Nectar Group Ltd. UK.
Seasia Nectar Port Services Inc. Operates the one of its kind, state of the art terminal facility for
Dry bulk and Break Bulk Cargoes at Mariveles Bataan. The facility is registered as a Private
Commercial port under the Authority Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB).
MMT has a truck holding area facility with a capacity of 180 trucks at a time. Complete with
restrooms, clinic, and drivers resting area, and office for clients, trucking. The port has
weighbridge area for weigh-in and weigh-out, together with a truck wheel washer to lessen the
dirty brought by trucks to the road when going out of the port.
SNPSI achieves milestones through its experienced and cohesive team capable of handling all
local development requirements. The SNPSI team has the capabilities in Legal Counsel,
Financial Modeling, Accounting, Engineering and Permitting, expertise in Environmental Impact
Assessment process, effectiveness in building valuable community relations, knowledge on
National, Provincial, Municipal and all other regulatory agency requirements for project
development.
SNPSI is currently in its initial stage for construction of its expansion project. Target of its
commencement will be on the 2nd quarter of 2019 with PHINMA as its business partner.
Therefore, in compliance with the EMB requirement on SMR, SNPSI is submitting this quarterly
Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) for compliance.
