In relation to the implementation of approved target under GAAB 2022 which include
the conduct of survey services both under New lands (LAD) and Collective CLOA
(Post-LAD), above officers are directed to submit the following documents to the
Regional Office not later than January 28, 2022:

1. Photocopy of titles duly certified by the Registry of Deeds

2. Requisition for Survey Services (RSS) utilizing CARPER LAD Form No. 27

Further, all above are also reminded to strictly adhere to the set deadline to help
facilitate the conduct of early procurement at the regional level.
