JUSTIFICATION

This is to justify the delayed submission of the travel claim by the undersigned,
incurred during the Participation to the SLGP Strategic Planning and Stock Taking:
Bridging SLGP-PMO’s Thrusts and Priorities with the DILG Strategic Plan 2023-2028
at Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon on November 16-18, 2023.

The delay in the submission is solely due to the delayed availability of funds. Per
FMS, the Sub-Allotment No. SR2023-11-2250 (fund source) was made available at
the regional level on November 30, 2023, and the undersigned was informed the
following day, December 1, 2023, Friday.

Further, the processing of the claim coincided with the activities the undersigned
had attended following that week, thereby impeding the prompt completion and
submission of the reimbursement paperwork.
