Goods and Services”, for appropriate action of the Body.

61. City Housing and Land Use Regulatory Unit (CHLURU) Resolution No.
032-21, Series of 2021 favorably endorsing the application of Amazing
Grace Homeowner’s Association Inc., for Preliminary Approval and
Locational Clearance (PALC) of their housing project located at Campo 3,
Barangay Talomo River, Calinan District, Davao City, for appropriate
action of the Body.

62. Letter of Punong Barangay Delfin M. Galecia Jr. of Barangay Buda,
Marilog District, this City, asking assistance to reconsider the lifting on

or legal parameter is set and to extend help to all business owners not to
incur penalty for not displaying their business permit logo in their
establishment, for appropriate action of the Body.

Application within Davao City”, for appropriate action.

to corner Nidea Street, covering 700 square meters, more or less, to be

used for the housing development of the City’s Indigenous Peoples, for

formally donated in order for the City Government of Davao to provide
development and maintenance works inside the subdivision that would
help resolve or minimize the flooding problem in Robinson’s Montclair
