Dear Julian:

Welcome onboard!

I will meet you personally when I report back to work on December 22,
2020. I requested Ms. Bianca, our Senior QAD EPS to show you your workstation
and hand to you this envelope containing various communications that need
your immediate action. Please reply to each client’s complaint. I also need
your help on the analysis of the Quality Assurance Monitoring and Evaluation
(QAME) Report on the recently concluded activity of the QAD. There is no
official registered in the central Document Controller (DC), so you may explore
and use your preferred template for the QAME report.

Also enclosed in this envelope is the letter of intent to open a new school
of Creative Hands and Minds. They are expecting a reply from our end whether
the letter of intent would suffice or there would be other documentary
requirements. You may refer to DO 88 s., 2010 as a guide.

I also need to know your thoughts on how do you think a Regional

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) can be conducted by the Region and
Schools Division Offices given the new situation of learners. I need you to act
on these documents before you leave the office today, please send to me
copies of your outputs via email at: jennifer.vivas@deped.gov.ph.
