Greetings of God’s peace and safety in your workplace in this time of pandemic.

On behalf of the Schools Division Office of Zamboanga del Norte, Dumalogdog Elementary School
teachers and learners would like to express our profound gratitude to your institution for the donation
of School In A Bag (SIAB) Package for the school.

These SIAB’s computer unit and gadgets will be used in implementing blended approach to maximize
students’ learning experience on top of Modular Distance Learning (MDL)- Print delivery modality.
These will be used also in accessing quality assured lesson exemplars and other learning resources
from DepEd Commons at https://commons.deped.gov.ph/ and Learning Resource Management
System (LRMS) portal at https://lrmds.deped.gov.ph/ . Aside from those, we will also use this
equipment in our school research activities utilizing interactive lessons as our intervention to upgrade
learning outcomes in the school.

The type of E-learning materials that we will upload/ download in these gadgets are contextualized
self-learning modules (SLMs), learning activity sheets (LAS), video lessons and other lesson
exemplars.

This equipment will benefit 10 teachers and 272 learners who constitute the Kindergarten to Grade 6
classes in the implementation of Modular Distance Learning.

As it is, this donation has brought so much satisfaction among our teachers and learners that finally,
we can deliver quality learning experience among our learners by using this technology. Thus, we are
hoping to work with your institution for more partnership endeavors in the future.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Communications Inc. as donation to Dumalogdog Elementary School. This equipment will be used
for instructional purposes which include development of teaching and learning resources in the
