    This pertains to our comment regarding AOM No. 21-001 concerning irregular hazard
    claims due to deficient documentation. Please be informed that the respective CENR
    Offices already submitted the certified copy of the logbooks for the Commission’s
    verification and evaluation. Attached herewith is the transmittal for the submission of
    certified logbooks relative to the Notice of Suspension No. 21-01-101 (20).

    This Office would like to extend our gratitude to the Commission for being our
    partner in the discharge of our duties and responsibilities as well as compliance to the
