SUBJECT : RESTORATION OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE

COMPLAINTS DESK (PACD) FOR CLIENTS /
BENEFICIARIES

DATE : FEBRUARY 5, 2024

During the updating or reporting last January 29, 2024, a request to restore
the PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DESK (PACD) for our clients was announced. This is in
compliance with REPUBLIC ACT No. 11032, stating “that each office or agency shall
establish a public assistance/complaints desk in all their offices”.

Therefore, requesting the QMS to immediately implement the restoration of

PACD to serve our clients before February 12, 2024. In addition, our Designated
Human Resource Management must create a monthly schedule for each section in
which the SECTION CHIEF must comply and will designate an officer of the day. If in
case the SECTION CHIEF is not available, the person next in rank must appoint an
officer of the day.
