We are providing you a copy of the memorandum from the Management Service
Group (MSG) regarding the preparation of the Transition Report of all work units
of the Department.

Relative to this, may we request you to prepare your respective Transition Report
using the attached template. Please submit the said report to the Regional Office
on or before 27 April 2022 for consolidation.
