I. Project/Activity Information

a. Title: Regional General Assembly for Second Semester of CY 2022

b. Duration: 16 December 2022
c. Venue: Iloilo City, Iloilo Province, Capiz, Antique, Negros Occidental, Aklan and
Guimaras
d. Participants: 300 pax
e. Budgetary Requirement: Php200,000.00
f. Source of Fund:

II. Rationale
The conduct of Regional General Assembly is a venue where employees are updated
with latest issuance/s and organizational policies, can participate on the process and
raise their issues and concerns.

III. Objectives

The activity aims to provide venue for DSWD personnel to:

1. understand the Mandanas Ruling, be able to raise questions, clarifications on the
implementation of the aforementioned law;
2. be updated with the latest issuances, organizational policies and other institutional
updates;
3. address issues affecting employee’s welfare by DSWD management and/or SWEAP
FO6 Chapter
4. be updated with RD’s Directive vis a vis implementation through Directors’ Hour

IV. Additional

This is a One (1) day activity targeting 150 participants composed of DSWD FO VI personnel,
Division Chiefs, RPCs & Section Heads. The meeting will be aired on-line via zoom or
Youtube that every SWAD/POO/SLP Provincial offices and other Regional staff can watch
what is going on and participate in the discussion/open forum and raise their issues and
concerns on line.
The RGA will have Three (3) parts:
Part I- Discussion/Presentation of the following topics:

a. Mandanas Ruling
b. Use of registered forms in relation with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
c. Procurement and wearing of DSWD uniforms for CY 2022

V Budgetary requirements

Food: To cover AM snacks, Lunch & PM snacks of the participants

1 Meal & 2 snacks 130 pax @ P500.00 = 65,000.00
3 meals and 2 snacks with accommodation 20 pax @ P2, 000.00 = 40,000.00
1 meal and 2 snacks for satellite venues
(6 SWAD/POO/Province) 25 pax/prov. x 6 = 150 pax @ P 500 = 75,000.00
Contingencies (Decorations, 5K IT equipt.) = 20,000.00
Grand Total 200,000.00
