    ACTIVITY DESIGN FOR THE CONDUCT OF CONFERENCE AND PROGRAM


    PRESENTATION OF SUPERVISORS AND PROGRAM HOLDERS

    I – Rationale:

    The DepEd Division Personnel need to discuss matters pertaining to curricula and
    Governance which include issues, concerns, and updates regarding program
    implementation. The School's Division Superintendent calls for a Conference and Program
    Presentation of Supervisor and Program Holders to be held in Don Victoriano District on April
    25-26, 2023. This will be participated in by the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent,
    CID Chief, Education Program Supervisors, School Heads, and other personnel together with
    LGU Don Victoriano Officials. Meals and snacks shall be provided by LGU Municipality of Don
    Victoriano.

    II – Funding Requirements:

    Day 2 – Meals and 2 Snacks 60pax@ PHP300 18,000.00

    Day 2 – Meals and 2 Snacks 60pax@ PHP300 18,000.00

    TOTAL PHP 36,000.00

    III - Attendees:

    DepEd Regional Attendees, LGU Personnel, and others concerned.
