Regional Cluster Conferences on Administration, Procurement, Finance and
Operations

 February 11-14, 2019 at Subic Bay Exhibition & Convention Center, SBMA,
Zambales

IV- Objectives
 The activity aims to:
a. To bring together Officials and Central Office Personnel with their
counterparts from the Regional and Division Levels to deliver updates,
discuss concerns, and roll-out programs and productivity tools

V- Recipients/Beneficiaries
 SDS, ASDS, SGOD Chief, AO-V, BAC Member, Accountant, Budget Officer,
Coordinators (DRRM, YF, IT, Health), Supply Officer, Records Officer, Cashier

VI- Expected Deliverables/Outputs

 To deliver updates on the implementation of different programs, discuss
concerns and address issues to the CO/concerned office

VII- Learning Insights

 Clarifications on the job description of all YFCs; a memorandum will be
released defining the work/ programs/projects/activities to be handled/
under the Division Youth Formation Coordinators.
