CONDUCT OF ON-SITE VALIDATION AND ASSESSMENT OF SYSTEMS,


COMPETENCIES, AND PRACTICES OF THE CORE
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AREAS

1. The Schools Division Office of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga is vying for
recognition and commendation in the Civil Service Commission’s accreditation
program the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in the
Human Resource Management which aims to elevate public sector human resource
management to a level of excellence through a process of Assessment, Assistance,
Award/Recognition of HRM’s systems, competencies, and practices using HRM
maturity indicators that are at par with global HR standards.

2. Relative to this, a one-day activity will be conducted by the Civil Service Commission
Regional Office III – Policies and Systems Evaluation Division which shall cover the
validation and assessment on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. at the Schools
Division Office - Hall of Teacher Heroes (Siduan Ding Bayaning Talaturu), Civic
Center, San Isidro, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

3. Validation and assessment will be done in two (2) groups, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00
a.m, Recruitment, Selection, and Placement and Performance Management, and from
1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Rewards and Recognition, and Learning and Development,
respectively.

4. In addition, the following officials and employees are enjoined to be present during
the abovementioned activities for the pre-assessment briefing to be conducted by the
Assessment Team to discuss the objectives and mechanics of the foregoing, to wit

5. Further, all Division Office personnel are advised to be ready and prepared in the
said validation by the Assessment Team as “interviewees”, either teaching, teaching-
related or non-teaching personnel, during the aforesaid activities. Interviewees will
