No. 366 — 8. 2022 IN-PERSON FINALIZATION OF THE MODULES FOR THE TRAINING ProcradlL €°6 2022 ON SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (TPSLM) A LA CARTE MODALITY To: — Schools Division Superintendents Chief, Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) Chief, Quality Assurance Division (QAD) 1, __ After the conduct of the Onsite Validation and Field Testing of the modules for the Training Program on School Leadership and Management (TPSLM) A La Carte Modality in 10 select schools divisions, this Office, through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), shall conduct the In-Person Finalization of the Modules for the TPSLM A La Carte Modality on July 12-15, 2022 at Hotel Stotsenberg, Gil Puyat Avenue, Corner Andres Soriano Street, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. 2, The primordial objective of this activity is to transform the originally developed and validated modules of the TPSLM A La Carte Modality into their final print and digitized format. Specifically, this activity aims a. integrate the results of the Onsite Validation and Field Testing into the final print of the TPSLM A La Carte Modality modules; b. collaborate with team members (writers, illustrators/layout artists, language editors, and content editors) in doing the final revision and editing of their respective modules; c. produce the digitized version of the modules following DepEd standards; and d. prepare the final copies of the modules for the launching of the TPSLM A La Carte Modality. 3. Participants in this in-person activity are the module writers, illustrators, lay- out artists, language editors, content editors, technical consultants and project management team of the TPSLM A La Carte Modality modules. Please refer to Enclosure No. 1 for the list of participants. 4. Likewise, Dr. Melissa S. First meal to be served is breakfast. The last meal to be served is afternoon snacks on July 15, 2022. 7. For participants who do not have service vehicle and are using public transportation, Hotel Stotsenberg shall provide free shuttle service on a “first come, first ride” basis. Mecting place is at SM City Clark main entrance from 7:30 a.m. up to 7:45 a.m, only. 8. As pre-work requirement for this in-person activity, participants are enjoined to meet online with their respective groups per domain /module before July 12, 2022 to discuss the results of the onsite validation and field testing. In addition, they are requested to start working on the suggested corrections and recommendations of their assigned modules. 9. _ The designated Content Editors per domain are requested to set the schedule and facilitate the pre-work requirement. The link to the consolidated results of the onsite validation and field testing shall be sent to the Content Editors. 10. The four-day in-person activity shall focus on editing the modules based on the results of the onsite validation and field testing as discussed during the pre-work asynchronous activity and digitizing the edited modules which shall serve as professional development materials to be uploaded in the NEAP-III website. All participants in this in-person activity are expected to be fully-vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and are requested to observe health protocols all throughout the sessions 12. The Quality Assurance Division (QAD) shall evaluate the conduct of this activity and submit a report of its findings. 13. Travel and other incidental expenses of participants shall be charged against local funds while their meal and accommodation expenses shall be charged against Regional Office funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 14.
