This has reference to your memorandum regarding the submission of Updates on

the Devolution Transition Plan and Request For Feedback from Consultation with
Local Stakeholders.

Relative to this, we are providing you herewith the updates and feedback from
the Consultations with Stakeholders per province on the following items regarding
the implementation of DTP in Region 1:
1. Consultations with local stakeholders on Devolution, such as from DILG
NGA-LGU For a on Devolution or courtesy visits of Local Chief Executives
(LCEs);
2. Existing Collaboration with LGUs in implementing PAPs to be devolved;
3. List of LGUs that have expressed either willingness or reservation in
assuming devolved PAPs;
4. Concerns raised by LGUs on the feasibility of assuming devolved PAPs;
and
5. Other relevant feedback/inputs for improvement of DTI-DTP.
