2) Prepared the DTI MPC GA approval on the Rules and Regulation

HIGHLIGHTS:

 Finalization of the CY 2022 DTI MPC Electoral Procedures

- The committee formulated the CY 2022 DTI MPC Electoral Procedures and Guidelines.
Attached is the copy of the draft CY 2022 DTI MPC Electoral Procedures and Guidelines to be
presented to the Board of Directors Meeting on June 4, 2022. Ms. Raut informed the
committee members to attend the said meeting on June 4, 2022
