Notes
● Provide criteria for easy evaluation of applicants. Look for the authenticity and
truthfulness about their advocacies.
● Provide percentage distribution for the applicants (eg. 30% CV 70% interview).
● As part of the interview process, include the question “Why s/he should be accepted
and/ or be part of their committee choice?” and “If they will not be part of their
committee choice, will they be still willing to accept another committee assigned by
the OVPM?”
● The number of committee members, qualification and/ or requirements needed for
the committee will be provided by the offices.
● Details of committee work will also be discussed by the OVPM.
