This has reference to QCU’s request for the legitimacy of the ASIAN Graduate Studies
Summit 2024 (A-GRASS 2024) to be held on 3-5 April 2024 in Chon Buri, Thailand.

Upon evaluation, we find that the A-GRASS 2024 is a bona fide, valid and credible
international conference organized by the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and
Educators (APCoRE) in collaboration with the Burapha University Graduate School in
Thailand, and other Philippine Higher Education Institutions. We note that APCoRE is a
consortium with institutional and individual members across the Asia-Pacific region with
national councils in the Philippine and other ASEAN countries that focus on the
development of research, knowledge, and academic values in the Asia Pacific Region.

Kindly note that the assessment stated herein pertains only to the legitimacy of the said
conference. Please be advised that CHED endorsement of activities is currently under
moratorium pursuant to the Commission en Banc (CEB) Resolution No. 055-2020 which
states that the CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 22, Series of 2003, entitled "Revised
Guidelines in Processing Request for Issuance of CHED Endorsement to Hold an Activity''
has been suspended effective 21 January 2020.
