Necessity of the Proposed Activity
This activity aims to upscale participating MSMEs by increasing their level of competitiveness. It will also comply with the Food Safety Act of
2013.
On Objectives (SMARTc)
● Help two (2) ARBOs in complying with the FDA-LTO/CPR Requirements;
● Facilitate the microbial analysis for the ten (10) food products of the identified P Compliant Non-Compliant
MSMEs/ARBOs;
● Facilitate the nutritional analysis of the six food products of the identified
MSMEs/ARBOs;
● Facilitate the water analysis/potability testing of the two food products of the
identified MSMEs/ARBOs; and
● Increase the monthly sales of the participating MSMEs by at least P 2,000 after the
conduct of this activity.
On Target Scope and Beneficiaries
The sample products of the three participating MSMEs will be collated by the CARP Staff concerned and facilitate the laboratory tests of these
to the Department of Science and Technology-Cordillera Administrative Region.
On Strategy / Implementation
The pre, during and post activities are detailed in the management plan to ensure the effective implementation of the activity.

On Risks and Opportunities Response Plan

The identified risk in the implementation of this activity and the corresponding action were identified to timely address their effects.

Compliance in Reportorial Requirements


Preparation and submission of Post Activity Report and liquidation report to the regional office within 15 days after the conduct of the
activity.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring on the impact of the activity will start for the month of December 2023.
