ENDORSING MR. ISRAEL LLOBRERA AND MR. JONATHAN JAPSON LAROZA AS

SOLE CHEQUE SIGNATORIES OF THE PROJECT MONITORING AND
EVALUATORS ASSOCIATION (PMEA) AT THE LAND BANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES (LBP), BAUANG, LA UNION

WHEREAS, the Project Monitors and Evaluators Association, Region 1, Incorporated

maintains an interest-bearing account at the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Bauang, La
Union Branch with a current account number 2521-0699-30 and TIN 462-481-040-000;

WHEREAS, the PMEA conducted a General Assembly cum Reorganization meeting last May
24, 2022, to elect its new set of officers for CY 2022-2023;

WHEREAS, the election resulted in the selection of Mr. Israel Llobrera as the new President
and Mr. Jonathan Japson Laroza as the new treasurer of the association;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, BE IT RESOLVED, as

it is HEREBY RESOLVE, to endorse Mr. Israel Ofiaza Llobrera and Mr. Jonathan Japson
Larroza as sole cheque signatories of the Project Monitors and Evaluators Association (PMEA),
Region 1, Inc.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to allow only the President and the treasurer, or any authorized
representative to deposit and withdraw funds of the association to the LBP - Bauang Branch;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copies of the resolution to the LBP and all others
concerned for their information and appropriate action;
