Necessity of the Proposed Activity
This activity aims to promote and showcase the Processed Calamansi Products of the TSMPC in the National Stage. It also aims to increase
and expand their market reach.
On Objectives (SMARTc)

● Assist the TSMPC to strengthen their market presence in the National level, and P Compliant Non-Compliant
● Establish at least two (2) new markets from other Regions by the end of the year.

On Target Scope and Beneficiaries

Two female members of the TSMPC will attend the 5-day trade fair proper
On Strategy / Implementation
The pre, during and post activities are detailed in the activity components to ensure the effective implementation of the activity. As such, the
DTI-CARP will shoulder the vehicle rental for product hauling and transportation of the two TSMPC members from Mandaluyong City to
Tagudin Ilocos Sur. Whereas, the TSMPC shall shoulder the cost of the 6-day accommodation of participants as well as their meals and
snacks.
On Risks and Opportunities Response Plan

Details of the action plan to address the possible occurrence of the risks identified were specified.
Compliance in Reportotial Requirements
Post Activity Report with complete attachments and documents for payment shall be submitted to the Regional Office within 15 days after
the conduct of the activity.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring on the impact of the activity will start on October 2023 onwards.
