AGENDA :

1) Review the DTIMPC Electoral Procedures/Guidelines for CY 2022

2) Prepared the DTI MPC GA approval on the Rules and Regulation

HIGHLIGHTS :

 Finalization of the CY 2022 DTI MPC Electoral Procedures

- The committee finalizes the CY 2022 DTI-MPC Electoral Procedures and Guidelines
incorporating the comments and suggestions raised by the members of the Board last June 4,
2022 BOD Meeting.
- Ms. Raut instructed Ms. Timichan to prepare a Notice of Election and Filing of Candidacy to
be issued within the week.
- Ms. Raut instructed Mr. Laroza to review the comments and suggestions by the BODS and
incorporate the latter to the final CY 2022 DTI-MPC Electoral Procedures and Guidelines.

ADJOURNMENT :

There being no matters to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm
