2nd REGULAR MEETING OF THE PROVINCIAL FEDERATED PARENTS-TEACHERS

ASSOCIATION (PFPTA)

1. In accordance with the correspondence from the president of the Provincial

Federated Parents-Teachers Association (PFPTA), Hon. Datu Dim Macagcaid, the
federation in coordination with the Social Mobilization and Networking Unit shall
conduct the 2nd Regular Meeting of Provincial Federated Parents-Teachers
Association (PFPTA) on February 13, 2024 at DepEd SDO Cotabato Conference Hall,
Provincial Compound, Amas, Cotabato at 8:00 in the morning.

2. The said meeting shall discuss the following:

2.1. Update and signing of Constitution and By-laws and Article of Incorporation
for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration.
2.2. Discussion and Approval of the stand of PFPTA on the reversion of School
Year to June- March Cycle.
2.3. Participation of PFPTA to the conduct of Zone Meet and Provincial Meet.
2.4. Presentation and approval of Planned Provincial-Wide Activities.
2.5. Updates on Provincial School Board Meeting and Civil Society Organization
(CSO) Consultation on DEPED XII Fiscal Year 2025
2.6. Update of the Provincial-wide Forum on DepEd Order No. 013, s. 2022

3. Participants are the 17 Provincial Federated Parents-Teachers Association

Officers, and selected Division Personnel. The incidental expenses shall be charged
against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
