DIVISION OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA TASK FORCE FOR SY 2023-2024

1. In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No 048, s. 2023 titled 2023 Oplan Balik Eskwela,
this office has organized the Division Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) Task Force to provide quick
response to queries, issues, and concerns related to the opening of SY 2023-2024.

2. As part of the OBE implementation, the division shall set up the Public Assistance Center at
the Schools Division Office, with its counterparts in the districts and schools to address issues
and concerns raised by parents and learners in relation to enrolment, class attendance,
learning modalities and other DepEd policies, rules and regulations on class opening.
