1. In compliance with Division Memorandum No. 15, s. 2022 titled “Minor Repair and
Maintenance of School Facilities”, this Office through the Education Facilities Section
of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) will conduct monitoring
and evaluation activities for the minor repair implemented during the fourth quarter
of 2023 which will start on January 19, 2023 and will end on March 31, 2023.

2. Attached is the Monitoring Tool for Minor Repair and Maintenance of School
Facilities, for your guidance.

3. Other provisions of the aforementioned Memorandum remain in effect.

4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
