DEVELOPMENT PLAN (DEDP), CY 2022-2028
1. In line with the submission of the final draft of the Division Education
Development Plan (DEDP), CY 2022-2028 on August 3, 2022, at the Regional
Office, the following personnel listed below are advised to report to the Division
Office on July 26, 2022, and August 1, 2022.

2. This activity aims to prepare the final draft of the DEDP for presentation and
submission to the Regional Office on the above-stated date.
3. Travel expenses of the participants relative to the conduct of this activity shall
be charged against the School MOOE funds, subject to usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
4. It is expected that in the conduct of this activity, all involved must adhere to
minimum health and safety protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the
Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) and the Department of
Health (DOH).

1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 132, s. 2022 titled “Seminar-

Workshop on the Crafting of the DEDP, CY 2022-2028”, the Planning
Core Group will convene to finalize the draft DEDP for submission to the
Regional Office on August 3, 2022, 1:30 PM at the Capiz Division RBI
Room.
2. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged against

the Division MOOE funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
3. It is expected that in the conduct of this activity, all involved must adhere
to minimum health and safety protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task
Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) and the
Department of Health (DOH).
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are

Compensatory Time Off (CTO) as per the Civil Service Commission

(CSC) and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint
Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime
Service Rendered.
