In reference to Department of Education Order No. 17 s. 2022 GUIDELINES ON THE

PROGRESSIVE EXPANSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES, I, signify my intent to implement Face-to-
Face Classes in ) located at
for School Year 2022-2023 which aims
to :
1) deliver quality basic education in a safe learning environment to learners
2) address the teaching and learning gaps encountered by the learners in the distance
learning modalities
3) ensure and strengthen the school-community health and safety support system of all
stakeholders, learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and parents /guardians.

Along this line, we designed an implementation plan aligned with the DedEd-DOH JMC No. 1 s.
2022 on safety protocols to ensure learning continuity and protect the safety, health, and well-
being of learners, teachers and stakeholders amid the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are focus on mech-
anisms in establishing a safe school learning environment to better support in the teaching and
learning process as well ensuring safe operations of our school and the psychosocial support to all
learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and parents /guardians.

Rest assured , we are willing to report on lessons and recommendations on a quarterly basis for the
implementation of F2F classes.

May God grant each one of us the wisdom and strength to remain steadfast in fulfilling our duty
and responsibility as educators.
