SUBJECT: MEETING OF TEACHING PERSONNEL

Date: February 20, 2023

1. As mandated by Republic Act No. 9155 known as the “Governance of Basic

Education Act of 2001”, school heads have the authority, accountability and
responsibility for implementing the school curriculum and being accountable
for higher learning outcomes, as well as administering and managing all
personnel, physical, and fiscal resources of the school.

2. In connection therewith, all teaching personnel is hereby informed and

ordered to attend the meeting of teaching personnel on February 22, 2023,
3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Office of the School Head.

3. Learners are hereby ordered to be migrated from in-person classes to

modular distance learning modality from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the said
day. Furthermore, all teachers are hereby instructed to inform all parents to
fetch their children at exactly 3:00 PM.

4. The following are the agenda to be discussed:

a. Division Memorandum No. 076 s. 2023 – Guidelines on the

Administration of the Third Quarter Assessment Activities
b. Conduct of the First Quarter School Governance Council Meeting
c. Preparation and Conduct of the 2nd School Learning Action Cell for the
Month of February
d. GAD Plan for 2023
e. Schedule of the Rated and Non-Rated Classroom Observations
f. Other Matters

5. Attendance of all the teachers is expected.
