1. PRELIMINARIES
The prayer was led by Mr. Gregorio P. Olivar Jr, LSB Co-Chair followed by the acknowledgement of
participants given by Mr. Alfredo Revil, Municipal Administrator

Hon. Natividad IR Magbalon, Municipal Mayor and the Chairman of the Municipal School Board presided
over the meeting. Chairperson welcomed everyone and highlighted the importance of the meeting regarding the
Special Education Fund Allocation for the month of February.

2. Roll Call and Confirmation of Quorum: Secretary conducted roll call; confirmed a quorum was present.

3. Approval of Agenda: The agenda was approved unanimously.

4. Approval of Minutes from the Previous Meeting: Minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and
approved without amendments

5. MEETING PROPER
a. Updates on the Honorarium of Admin-Aide for the Month of January
During the meeting, the Acting Municipal Treasurer presented updates on the honorarium of the Admin-
Aide for the month of January, as listed in the disbursed record of monthly compensation for the Admin
Aide provided by the Municipal Office to Milagros East and Milagros West District

b. Travelling Expenses of ALS Implementers (ALS Coordinator, Mobile Teachers)

The Acting Municipal Treasurer presented updates on the traveling expenses of ALS Implementers (ALS
Coordinator, Mobile Teachers) for the month of January. This information is based on the disbursed record of
monthly compensation of the Admin Aide provided by the Municipal Office to Milagros East and Milagros West
District, along with their contract of service for January up to June 2023

c. Supplies and Materials were purchased and distributed to Milagros East and West District for the
Month of January
d. For the Educational Research funds, approved research will be implemented on the 3 rd Quarter of the

e. For the EECD Program, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development department presented
activities related to Early Child Care and Development, aligning them with the activities of the
Department of Education (DepEd)
f. For the minutes, the fund allocated for the ALS Graduation, amounting to P14,000, will be utilized in
July 2023.
g. The Repair and Maintenance of school buildings will fall under the purview of the SEFs (Special
Education Funds) department. Buildings to be repaired and maintained will be identified after the
submission of the Inventory Report.
h. Updates on the Sports Program
The Congressional and Provincial Meet will be covered by the budget allocation from the SEFs.
i. The Gilas Parangal program is scheduled for December. The budget for the program is P40,000 for
each district, and it will be released in December 2023.
j. Construction of ALS Center to start on the 2nd Quarter of the Year.
k. Others:

l. Open Floor for Suggestions and Comments:

Members discussed specific allocations, seeking clarification and proposing adjustments where necessary.
Suggestions were noted for further consideration.

m. Any Other Business:

The next regular meeting is scheduled for March 31, 2023

n. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no other matters as well as topics and issues to discuss, the motion of GREGORIO P.
OLIVAR JR. the meeting was adjourned at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon.
