AN ORDER RE-ORGANIZING THE MUNICIPAL LAND USE AND

ZONING COMMITTEE OF THIS MUNICIPALITY

WHEREAS, Republic Act 7160, Section 20 (c) provides that the Local Government Units,
shall, in conformity with the existing laws. Continue to prepare their Comprehensive Land Use Plans
enacted through Zoning Ordinance which shall be primary and dominant basis for the future use of land
resources;

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 72 was issued providing for the preparation and
implementation of the CLUP by the LGU’s and for the review and approval thereof by the Housing and
Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan;

WHEREAS, Cities and Municipalities shall continue to update their Comprehensive Land Use
Plans, in conformity with the Land Use Planning Standards and Guidelines prescribed by the HLURB
and to National Policies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GIOVANNI M. DAHINO, Municipal Mayor of Baungon, Bukidnon,

by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:

SECTION I. RE-ORGANIZATION OF THE MUNICIPAL LAND USE AND ZONING

COMMITTEE. Whose compositions are the following:

SECTION III. The Municipal Land Use and Zoning Committee shall perform the following
Functions:
(i) Coordinate all planning activities and
(ii) Draft and consolidate the contents of the CLUP document.

SECTION IV. The Technical Working Group shall perform the following Functions:
(i) Conduct of sectoral / intersectoral analysis, validation and reports;
(ii) Conduct of survey, consultation / meetings, workshop and
(iii) Integration / finalization of studies, research findings and consultation / survey
outputs.

SECTION V. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
