Subject: Request for Certificate of Good Standing of the Magone Home Aftercare
Program

Dear Hon. Frasco,

I would like to make a formal request for a Certificate of Good Standing in behalf of the Magone
Home Aftercare Program, an aftercare center for the CICL and youth-at-risk who are being prepared
for their reintegration in the community.

Magone Home is currently having a fund raising activity, a block screening of the movie Wonder
Woman, which shall be screened at SM City Cebu Cinema 8 on June 3, 2017. The proceeds of this
activity shall be used to augment the funds of the center for its programs and activities on healing
interventions, empowerment activities and integration preparations such as the skills training of the
clients in the abovementioned. The Certificate of Good Standing for the center will be of great help
for the tax exemption of this fund raising activity.

We are looking forward to working closely with you for the best interest of the young people in our
society. We are hoping as well for a favourable response to this request.
