Drivers defaulted in payment contribution second and final warning notice.

1. It has been observed that based on records some among drivers of the cooperative were
not able to give the mandated required share contribution in the amount of ₱ 150 / day
to the treasurer of the cooperative. The share contribution is taken from their daily
income while driving passenger’s vehicle.

2. Since the cooperative has no sufficient funds for the operational expenses particularly
to the salary of its staff workers, the board by virtue of its resolution directed its member
drivers to have a share contribution to be given daily to the designated treasurer.

3. Lastly, it bears to remind you that those who were defaulted in giving a share required
contribution must comply their obligation to give to the cooperative. Otherwise, the board
will not hesitate to take any drastic action against erring drivers.

1. This pertains to the policy of the cooperation by virtue of a board resolution patronizing
the product diesel resources of the “Caltex Station” located along RT. Lim., This City,
the rational behind on this as one of our measures in operating extra income intended on
the operation expenses of the cooperative.

2. It is worthy to rate that based on records only few among drivers were the facilitate in
purchase of this diesel product for the consumption of their respective passengers
Jeepney vehicle while others were not.

3. It bears emphasized that, being designated drivers with cooperative you are mandated by
the policy in such manner to comply according to the dictates of your concern, otherwise
the board will take any drastic action against those who were ignore the compliance there
of by ways of suspension or expulsion.
