1) Reparse: consensus meeting between to the board and the driver/operator.

2) It was further agreed by the drover that they were able to give a mandatory contribution
in the amount of one hundred fifty pesos daily to the conservation instead of the ticketing
system being enforced by the board of the cooperative in which case the drivers were
considered as employee to the cooperative.
3) Due to this regard of the drivers the board derived that the employment of the ticketing
system be held in abeyance until such time the board will enforced the same.
4) It was worthy to note the despite of such agreement mostly among drivers, failed to
comply their obligation as what they had been promised by giving such mentioned
amount. Yet several notice of demand letter to pay to all defaulted drivers but until now
remain futile.
5) Bear in mind also that the affect of such ror – payment if with or without adversely affect
the observational good will the cooperative and it needs such income in order to survive
to defray reassail expenses participants the salary of its workers and that income always
relied from your mandatory obligation.
6) If these defaulted drivers continued to ignore our demand to pay, they were considered as
not good standing numbers of the cooperative and the board will not hesitate to take
drastic action against them. If warranted they might be expelled as member, otherwise the
ticketing system will be enforced back its operation soon as required.
7) Lastly, we are calling all operators to please advise your respective drivers to comply for
obligation or what they had been promise to the cooperative
