Dear Hon. Beng,

Season greetings, may the spirit of Christmas will bring you and your family a joy
and prosperous new year.

The west coast Jeepney operators were suffering today such as low collection and
high cost of Jeepney operation, this problem started during pandemic period and present policy
of city traffic which prohibit us to load and unload passenger in front of city market.

On this case, we are appealing your end. Please allows us to unload and load
passengers at your designated area beside public market, the same procedure before the
pandemic come.

Also, we have an option for the meantime if you can grant us to use the vacant lot
of the city government beside the city public market, this option can help us to solve our problem
and can augment the revenue of the city, its because you can impose us parking fee per jeepney
departure.

We can use that vacant lot without shed for the meantime, as soon as possible if
you give us consideration.

Hoping and faithfully pray that this request is fully granted, for the benefit of the
riding public in general and jeepney operators and its driver.

I. Jeep boundary per unit per day = ₱ 500 –

II. Driver salary per day = ₱ 375 –

III. fuel consumption per day = ₱ 700 –

IV. Coop target income permit = ₱ 250 –

Be remit by the driver,

In excess of collection 50%
will be given to the driver incentives.

V. Dispatching time of Jeep.

1. Malagutay Area. II
First Trip Start – 6:00 AM

2. Gate 1
First Trip Start – 6:00 AM

3. Central Market
Last Trip End – 9:00 PM

4. First Tripper Jeep – should become last trip schedule on

next day. At the place, where the Jeepney have been assign.

5. Dispatcher should dispatch the Jeepney every 15 minutes

interval, if there is Jeepney available.

6. Driver must be in Malagutay or Gate 1 place 30 minutes

before his time for departure.
