Dear Kapitan Mhar,

I would like to officially request a proper turn-over for the items that was purchased last year
under Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) EDUCATION program of our Sangguniang Kabataan
project.

The said items are the ff:

Two (2) Desktop, Two (2) Printer, One (1) Laptop, One (1) Set Radio, One (1) Office Table

This item was used in the assistance of students before the School Year 2019-’20 and the items
are still in the custody of past Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Abbygail “Bayakan” Reyes who is now
one of our Municipal Councilor.

I would like to humbly request that we conduct a proper turn-over of the items, so, that being the
new Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson, I could use it in my office in our barangay and for future use
in assisting my fellow youth in Barangay Matictic. Also, it is better that there will be a proper turn-over so
that if the COA checks the SK papers it will all be transparent and no issue in auditing the SK office.
