Ladies and Gentlemen:

Pursuant to Section 318 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991. I am submitting the 2019 Annual Budget of our Barangay and asking our
Sangguniang to pass it without any delay and deduction.

For 2019 out total budget amounted to One Million Six Hundred Five Thousand One
Hundred twenty seven Pesos (P1, 605,127.00) which 20% (317,406). For this year, we are going
to focus on our 20% for the CONCRETING OF PERIMETER FENCE OF MULTI-
PURPOSE HALL. We are as well trying to contemplate for the auxiliary means to provide our
people a secured, comfortable, satisfying and progressive barangay.

Our 2019 estimated incomes pegged at One Million Six Hundred Five Thousand One
Hundred twenty seven Pesos (P1, 605,127.00) which 99% is IRA Internal Revenue Allotment.
It simply shows that only 1% of the total income is generated by the barangay from local sources.
In this situation we are trying to be well – organized in collecting our taxes and fees. We will make
more tax ordinance and have free ourselves from bondage of IRA alone.

As to the portion of funds, we have specified importance to the distribution of eminence

service, as well as for the other budgetary requirements.

As your Punong Barangay whom you placed your probability to effort for the advancement
of our barangay, it is my foremost apprehension to see to it that we can deliver to our citizens the
basic amenities they need in order to minimize their affliction.

Honorable Members of the Sangguniang, this 2019 Annual Budget proposal submitted to
you for the authorization will serve as our guide and provide direction as we cooperate together in
the road of development in brining Barangay BARASANAN –A to topmost advancement. I am
appealing to you for the approval of this budget, so that we can start to implement projects and
programs for the benefits of our people and the community.
