DEBT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

Date Effective
This agreement is for the negotiation and compromise of debt under the
following terms and conditions. The parties MARGIE TUBALADO with a mailing
address of Purok 2 Barangay Cato, Tuao, Cagayan shall known as the “creditor”.
RODOLFO M. TAGUINOD with a mailing address of Purok 4 Barangay Cato, Tuao,
Cagayan shall known as the “debtor”.

Debt Settlement. Through the mutual interest of both parties, they agreed
that the outstanding debt shall be mark paid by the debtor amounting to TWO
THOUSAND PESOS (P2,000) monthly starting May 2023.

By signing below, the parties agreed to abide of this condition.
