BARANGAY RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PHILIPPINE

COASTGUARD SUB-STATION BESIDE THE BPAT’S HEADQUARTER, BRGY.
MAGSAYSAY, PARANG, MAGUINDANAO.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Magsaysay grants a space beside
the Barangay Patrol Action Team’s Headquarter for the establishment of Philippine
Coast Guard Sub-Station;

WHEREAS, the said mutual agreement made by and between the officials of the
Barangay and Philippine Coast Guard aims to provide and perform maritime law
enforcement, security and safety;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Dicay and seconded by Kagawad Batapa,

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of
Magsaysay Granting the establishment of Philippine Coast Guard Sub-station at BLGU
Magsaysay BPATs Headquarter, Brgy. Magsaysay, Parang, Maguindanao.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Carried and approved this 17 th of February 2021 during the Sangguniang

Barangay’s Regular Session held at Barangay Magsaysay Session Hall, Brgy.
Magsaysay, Parang, Maguindanao.
