“AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND

MANAGEMENT PLAN APPRORIATING FUNDS THEREWITH FOR CY ______ - _______
OF BARANGAY ____________, MUNICIPALITY OF __________,
________________ PROVINCE.”

WHEREAS; the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee

(BDRRMC) crafted the 2021-2023 BDRRMP on March 29-30 2021 through a workshop facilitated
by the Municipal Local Government Unit of _____________ through the local DRRM Office and
the Local Government Operations Office;

WHEREAS; after deliberation the council agreed and approved the identified PPA’s with
the corresponding budget expected to benefit the barangay constituents to increase their
disaster resiliency against impacts of calamities/disasters including climate change;

WHEREFORE, after thorough deliberation by the body and on motion of Barangay

Kagawad _______________ and duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad ______________, and
drawing a unanimous accord,

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved APPROVING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK

REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREWITH FOR CY 2021-
2023 OF BARANGAY _______________.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, that four (4) copies of this ordinance be furnished to the office of
BDRRMC. MDRRMO, MLGOO, Office of the Local Chief Executive and to all concern for their
reference, information, guidance and favorable action.
