“RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 235-2020, AN

ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE MANDATORY WEARING OF FACE MASKS BY
ALL PERSONS IN PUBLIC PLACES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION
OF THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN DURING THE PERIOD OF ENHANCED
COMMUNITY QUARANTINE AND FOR ANY EXTENSION THEREOF”;

WHEREAS, it is imperative for this Body to adopt the Provincial Ordinance No.
235-2020 in the Province of Pangasinan;

NOW THEREFORE, in order to promote the welfare/safety of the

Bayambangueños, and on motion of SBM Amory M. Junio and duly seconded by all, be
it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Office

of the Honorable Mayor Dr. Cezar T. Quiambao for his information and appropriate
action.
