A SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

AMOUNTING TEN MILLION PESOS (10,000,000.00) FROM THIRD DISTRICT OF
BATANGAS CONGRESSWOMAN HON. MA. THERESA VALENCIA COLLANTES FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF ASPHATING OVER LAY AT BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN,
TANAUAN CITY, BATANGAS.

WHEREAS, there is a need to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the Sangguniang
Barangay in its mission to deliver basic services to its constituents;

WHEREAS, barangay has no sufficient fund for the project and capability to acquire necessary
Installation of Street Light Solar System and we need the support of higher authorities to make this
one reality;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Sangguniang
Barangay in Session assembled. Unanimously RESOLVED, as hereby is resolved, to request from
Congresswoman Ma. Theresa V. Collantes, to allocate fund intended for the CONSTRUCTION
OF ASPHATING OVER LAY of above mentioned items to be used Barangay Bagumbayan,
Tanauan City, Batangas.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for the usual
understanding and support of the Budget Office for immediate assistance on this matter.

ADOPTED this 21th day of February in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
