RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) PIECES PHILIPPINE

FLAGS FOR USE IN THE OFFICE AND AT THE FLAG POLE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE
PHILIPPINE HERALDIC CODE LAW AND RULES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

(Explanatory Notes)

WHEREAS, the Barangay Government of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental is going to

implement its Barangay Road Concreting Project;

WHEREAS, the above cited project is collaborated by the Province of Misamis Oriental in
terms of heavy equipment deployment for use in the Road Concreting Project in Barangay Paniangan
and in terms of fuel for the heavy equipment;

WHEREAS, The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental has allotted in the amount of PhP.
300,000.00 for each FY of 2020, 2021 and 2022 intended for the project of Barangay Paniangan
through its Barangay Empowerment Program for the FY 2020, 2021 and 2022;

WHEREAS, considering the short time frame for the project implementation, the Barangay
Government of Paniangan has decided to take the budget allotted for the FY 2020, 2021 and 2022 to
project intended for the Concreting of Barangay Road in Purok 7;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, upon motion of Hon. Kag. Ludy D. Ello which was
duly seconded by Hon. Kag. Carmelito D. Buzarang, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the Provincial Government of

Misamis Oriental through Governor Hon. Yevgeny Vincente “Bambi” B. Emano to release the budget
allocation for FY 2020, 2021 and 2022 each amounting to ₱300,000.00 intended for the Concreting of
Barangay Road in Purok 7 in Barangay Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental;

 RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the Provincial
Government of Misamis Oriental through the Office of Barangay Affairs and other offices concerned
for their favorable action.
