A RESOLTION ADOPTING THE BCPC COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO 001 S. 2021

KNOWN AS RESOLUTION FORMULATING AND PRIORITIZING PROJECTS
FUNDED FROM 1% BCPC OF BARANGAY PAMOTOLON, KALILANGAN,
BUKIDNON FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY 06/100 PESOS (25,780.06) ONLY

WHEREAS, the BCPC COUNCIL of Pamotolon, Kalilangan has prioritized projects

funded IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
06/100 PESOS (25,780.06) ONLY

WHEREAS, same was presented to this body for review and after careful
deliberation about this matter, the body has found reason and consequently adopted and
approved;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of HON. JENALYN C. MANDOC and duly seconded

by HON. PARIDAH A. MANDOC it was;

RESOLVE, as it hereby RESOLVED to adopt the BCPC COUNCIL resolution No. 003
S-2021 as it is hereby adopted the Program/Project/Activity AS FOLLOWS:

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO 004. S- 2021

BE IT ORDINED by the Sangguniang Barangay of Pamotolon, Kalilangan, Bukidnon.

During session assembled that

SECTION 1. TITLE – this ordinance shall be called an ordinance appropriating the amount
of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY 06/100 PESOS (25,780.06)
ONLY of 1% BCPC of Barangay Pamotolon, Kalilangan, Bukidnon. For Calendar Year
2021.
SECTION 2. PRIORITY PROJECTS funded from BCPC

PROGRAM/PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES AMOUNT

1. Support to Nutrition Month 4,000.00

2. Support To Bloodletting 6,000.00
3. Support to Medicine for Barangay Health Center 9,780.06
4. Support to Operation Tuli 6,000.00
TOTAL 25,780.06

RESOLVE, FINALLY, to forward this resolution to the concerned office for action.
